Located in the heart of Jefferson County and easily accessible from both downtown Denver and 6th Avenue, Peak Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implant Center is a state-of-the-art surgical office utilizing modern technology while staying true to the concept of trying to make patients feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Noori is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive clinical training. His practice philosophy is centered around a patient-first focus realizing that many patients can be quite intimidated by the idea of being referred to an oral surgeon. From the moment you walk in, he and his staff will do their utmost to assure you that your best interest will always drive your treatment and that your voice and concerns are heard.

Lakewood Oral Surgeon, Dr. Noori’s primary interest is centered around dental implants- from both single tooth replacement treatments to full-mouth dental implant and prosthetic rehabilitation. Hard and soft tissue grafting often goes hand-in-hand with these cases and Dr. Noori strives to ensure that his patients are always receiving the most research-backed yet cutting-edge treatment options. Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons are the most heavily trained surgical specialists in dentistry and at Peak OMS & Dental Implant Center, we are at the forefront of the concept of “Teeth-in-A-Day” or the “All-on-4” concept for full-mouth rehabilitations. Dr. Noori also specializes in wisdom teeth removal, facial trauma and reconstruction, oral & maxillofacial pathology, facial cosmetics, corrective jaw surgery and sleep apnea while utilizing both oral and intravenous sedation and anesthesia for his patients’ comfort.

At Peak OMS & Dental Implant Center, our team of highly trained and experienced professionals deliver dedicated “concierge” level service to all of our patients on a one-on-one personal level. We are committed to serving the needs of our patients and the community by delivering the absolute highest quality of care in a sustainable manner. The Peak Team also donates thousands of dollars of free care every year and is committed to giving back to the community through philanthropic efforts.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons: Saving Faces & Changing Lives

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) is a dental specialty that focuses on a broad range of conditions related to the facial region. The training to become an OMS is an intense commitment requiring many years of dedication. Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons complete more post-graduate training than any other specialty in dentistry. They initially complete four years of undergraduate study and then four years of dental school. Following this, they apply for acceptance into a residency position and then complete either a four or six year entirely hospital-based residency at one or more major trauma and children’s hospitals. During this time, they complete several month rotations in internal medicine and anesthesia as well as up to a year of a general surgery internship with rotations in general surgery, trauma surgery, plastic surgery, surgical ICU, and head and neck surgery. It is this rigorous training in dentistry, medicine, and surgery that makes them uniquely qualified to treat various conditions of both the oral cavity and facial regions.

The video on this page highlights the training and scope of practice that oral & maxillofacial surgeons undergo. This is a full length, in-depth video that has been produced by the AAOMS – American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. This video will help provide insight into the vigorous training and education that Dr. Noori underwent at some of the most prestigious programs in the country (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Indiana University) and the services he provides to his patients at Peak Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implant Center.

Dr. Noori’s practice particularly focuses on dental implants, hard and soft tissue augmentation (grafting), the removal of indicated wisdom and other teeth, facial and oral trauma, and the administration of a variety of forms of sedation including light/conscious sedation, moderate sedation, and deep sedation and general anesthesia. Dr. Noori maintains active credentialing in:

  • Basic Life Support
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Office Anesthesia Site Evaluation by the American Assoc. of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. Noori is also involved in several study clubs and also continually immerses himself and his staff in innumerable hours of continuing education each year to stay on the forefront of the specialty and ensure that his patients are receiving the best and latest treatment available.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Noori provides many types of surgical services and the nature of surgery, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience and will always do our utmost to minimize your wait. Other times we may be running ahead of schedule and may be able to see you earlier than your scheduled appointment time. You can always call us on the day of your appointment to get a more accurate assessment of this. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please call us 24 hours in advance.

Welcome to Peak Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center. Your initial appointment is a crucial step in your treatment planning process. During this visit, Dr. Noori will review your medical history and will provide a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Often, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, oftentimes a formal evaluation/consult appointment will be needed and a separate surgery appointment.

In order to better serve your needs, please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • A picture ID
  • Your surgical referral slip and any x-rays if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have medical or dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms. This will save you time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at any consultation or treatment visit.

A preoperative consultation and physical examination is mandatory for patients undergoing IV anesthesia for surgery. Prior to your procedure, we ask that you please have nothing to eat or drink six hours prior to your surgery. You will also need an adult to escort you to and from the clinic. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, COPD, artificial heart valves and joints, etc.) or if you are currently taking any prescription medication(s)or have any drug allergies.

If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover), personal check, cash, and many insurance plans. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will always do our best to work with your insurance company and ensure that you receive the coverage you qualify for.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 303.232.5637. A simple telephone call can often help clear any misunderstandings.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
