We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will always do our best to work with your insurance company and ensure that you receive the coverage you qualify for.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees regardless of your insurance coverage.

We also offer convenient monthly payment plans to help with financing your treatment. These plans often offer 0% interest payment options.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Please also note that if we have not received any payment from your insurance company within 90 days, you will then be responsible for the rest of the fees. Your prompt remittance is appreciated and helps us to continue to provide the highest standard of care to all of our patients.
