PATRICIA BOCHANTIN, Office Manager
Pat has been in the field of dentistry for 37 years, with the last 25 in oral surgery. She enjoys working with patients and making their visits as easy as possible. Pat aims to try and help patients make sense of what can be a seemingly intimidating process and will help put them at ease while also assisting with figuring out financial benefits and insurances.
Outside of the office, she has two amazing daughters and her family is the focus of most of her free time. She also enjoys reading, walking and spending time with friends.
JOYCE STARR, Financial Coordinator
Joyce graduated from Community College of Denver with an associate degree in Dental Assisting. She has worked in the field of dentistry since graduating and has worked as a surgical assistant in both the office and hospital settings. Joyce teaches dental assisting as well on a part-time basis and has always tried to instill in her students the same focus on patient comfort that drives her own philosophy. You will be hard pressed to find her without a smile on her face!
Joyce is a Colorado Native with two adult children and four grandchildren. When she is not spending time with her grandchildren, you will find her either cuddled up with a book, working in her yard or out walking her dogs.
AMY ORTIVEZ, Dental Implant & Treatment Coordinator
Amy is a Colorado native who moved back to CO several years ago after spending time in Texas and the Southeast and has not looked back since! Amy originally joined the Peak team as an extern while in Dental Assisting school and was hired on immediately after graduating. After 2 years as a surgical and anesthesia assistant, she transitioned into her current role as our Dental Implant Coordinator. She now plays a pivotal role serving as a liason between our colleagues in the community and our office. She does an amazing job explaining the nature of dental implants and treatment options to our patients as patients love her genuineness and always-smiling positive energy! She coordinates implant treatment with our referring teams and has become extremely knowledgeable with dental implantology on both the surgical and restorative level. She attends numerous continuing education courses and is also ACLS certified and also a certified phlebotomist.
Outside of the office, Amy and her baseball-loving husband Mark are huge Rockies (as well as Dr. Noori’s Red Sox!) fans and have a large tight-knit circle of family and friends with whom they try and spend as much quality time as possible. She and her husband are now excitedly awaiting the birth of their first child in August!
ASHLEY HALLIWELL, Surgical & Anesthesia Assistant & Clinical Coordinator
Ashley, originally from Texas and a true Texan at heart, has been a Dental Assistant for six years and has lived in Colorado for five. She has come to love oral and maxillofacial surgery and uses her infectious, warm, and energetic personality to help put patients at ease while diligently ensuring that they are well taken care of. She is ACLS certified and actively engages in numerous CE activities and is in the process of studying for the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certifying Examination, a certification maintained by a very small percentage of assistants. She is also a nationally certified Phlebotomist.
In her free time, Ashley loves riding her horse Benz, is an avid bodybuilder along with her award-winning husband Jay (we all admire their strict dedication to their sport!), and takes advantage of Colorado’s great outdoor activities whenever possible.
